Jerseys are included in the registration fee for each sport.  Depending upon the sport shorts, pants, socks, or extra shirts may be available for purchase.

All payments must be made online through the Upward registration portal.  Lebanon Baptist Church is unable to make payment arrangements or accept late payments.  If a true financial hardship exists, we are able to offer full and partial scholarships.  Please contact Kyle Oakley at kyleoakley@lbcnow.org for more information.

Evaluation and Orientation: In order to enhance our Upward program, we do evaluation and orientations before each season.
Each child and his or her parent(s) attend an evaluation session.  Evaluation schedules will be announced prior to each season.
Every child must attend an evaluation. While the players are being evaluated, parents will meet with the Upward director. The players will also be sized at this evaluation in order to ensure the uniform size is correct.
Please note that all children who register will participate; however, as part of the registration process all children will be evaluated. In order to communicate that information to you as parents, you will be contacted via email by the Upward director. It is imperative that you provide your primary email address and mobile number when registering your child.
