Facility Usage Request

General Information

Thank you for your interest in our facilities. All Lebanon Baptist Church facilities are reserved for the use of church ministries and its members. Lebanon Baptist Church recognizes its role and the community and makes its facilities available to community organizations that align with the views and mission of Lebanon Baptist Church.

Facility Usage Fees

These fees apply to outside organizations.
There are no facility usage fees to church members and regular attenders.

Please note that all fees, including a $150 cleaning deposit, must be paid before the reservation is confirmed.  Please also note that facility usage fees are paid in exchange for a good and/or service and are not tax deductible.

BANQUET HALL

  • $50/hour
  • Kitchen fee – $50 per event (May vary depending on equipment used)
  • AV Equipment – $50

GYM

  • $50/hour for individual groups
  • $75/hour for tournaments or other events that charge an entry fee
  • AV Equipment – $50

OTHER FACILITIES

All other facility usage fees are set on a case by case basis. Please fill out the Facility Usage Form and a representative will contact you with additional information.
