Adopt-A-Mom

The Adopt-A-Mom Program is a program of Every Baby Guilford and coordinates prenatal care for pregnant women who are not eligible for Medicaid, do not have private insurance to cover the cost of care, and cannot afford to pay out of pocket.

Patients who wish to enroll in the Adopt-A-Mom Program should contact Elbia Altamirez at 336-641-7513 for an appointment.
