Request Form: If you are interested in renting a room in our worship center building, please complete the request form.

Upon Completion of the request form: Once you have completed the request form, our church recreational director Kyle Oakley, will contact you within 48 hours to notify you of your request via email. He will either approve or deny your request at that point.

If you receive approval, you will then be notified to complete to other forms that Kyle will email you (Cleaning policy and rental agreement). These forms must be completed before you use our facility.

All requests (both church and non-church events/organizations) must be approved by Kyle before facilities can be used. If you receive approval, our coordinator will be contacting you with further details about your event. As a result of this, you will be asked to complete two forms that must be returned either in person or by email before the day of your event. These two forms are outlined below.

These forms will be emailed to you by our coordinator. Forms must be completed before the facility can be used. All of these policies must be followed when renting a facility for both church and non-church events.

Facility Request Form

Cleaning Penalty Fee: If the facility is not cleaned as outlined in the cleaning policy from that must be signed before using facility (outside organizations, personal events, etc.), the individual or organization will be fined a $150 cleaning fee. You will not be allowed to use the facility again until paid.
