HOURS OF OPERATION:

Transportation Hours: 6:30-7:00am (Drop off) |  2:30pm-3:00pm (Pickup)

School Days: 2:30pm – 6:00pm  |  Full Days: 7:00am – 6:00pm

TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION:

 
The transportation ministry exists to transport children to school in the mornings and pick up children after school each school day. The pick up and drop off location for this ministry is Lebanon Baptist Church. The following information below will layout a detailed outline regarding the fees for transportation.
 
At this time, we are only transporting to Cornerstone Charter Academy, Caldwell Academy, and Greensboro Academy. 

FEES:

$25 Registration fee that is due with your completed registration form (Per household | You will only need to pay this once, and it includes both transportation and after school). Registration for the transportation ministry is limited to 60 participants. 
 
•Transportation Only (Both to and from school): $40.00 (Weekly) 
 
•Transportation (Both to and from school) and After School: $70.00 (Weekly)

AFTER SCHOOL INFORMATION:

DAILY ACTIVITIES:

Our program is held on the campus of Lebanon Baptist Church with access to a spacious homework room, a full size gymnasium, hiking trails and an outdoor playground. Children are given a snack and quiet time to work on their homework and assignments.  

FEES:

$25.00 registration fee that is due with your completed registration form (Per household | You will only need to pay this once, and it includes both transportation and after school) 
 
•After School Only: $50.00 (Weekly)
 
After School and Transportation (Both to and from): $70.00 (Weekly)

FIELD TRIPS:

We do schedule occasional field trips for full days during the school year and their costs are posted in advance for parents.

AFTER SCHOOL RATES:

$10.00 daily (with a weekly minimum of $30.00). If a weekly payment is not received on the first day that your child attends for the week, a $5.00 late fee will be added to your account.

FULL DAY RATES:

$20.00 daily. If a payment is not received on the Friday that your child attends for the week, a $5.00 late fee will be added to your account. An invoice will be sent to you each Wednesday that is due on Friday. 

ABSENT NOTIFICATION:

You will not be charged for scheduled absences if we receive a one week (7 day) notice of the absence. However, if your child will be absent more than 2 days out of a week then you will still be charged the weekly minimum of $30.00 weekly for afterschool or $60.00 weekly for full days. If a child is absent without a one week (7 day) notice, you will be charged the full price for that day.

LATE CHARGES:

If weekly payment is not received on the Friday that your child attends for the week, a $5.00 late fee will be added to your account. If an account is three weeks behind a child will not be able to return until the account has been paid in full

PICK UP:

Your child may be picked up any time before 6:00pm. Please notify us on full days if you intend on picking your child up early, so that our staff can plan the daily activities accordingly. Parents are not asked to sign a child out (we prefer our staff to see each individual adult that is picking up a child and then our staff will record the necessary information). Parents may drop off children without entering our facility but are asked to wait until your child has entered the building before leaving (there is a door bell located at the entrance of the Family Life Center on the south end of the building). Doors remain locked at all times. 

LATE PICK UP:

If your child is picked up after 6:00pm you will be charged a $5.00 late fee for the first 10 minutes and will be charged an additional $5.00 for every 5 minutes thereafter. 

ABSENCES:

Please leave a message (For Cari Holt at 336.382.3847) to notify us of your child’s absences from school. 

DISCIPLINE:

We always look to praise a child for good behavior but when necessary our form of discipline is the “time out” method. Time out is always enforced in a loving and explanatory way. In extreme cases, a parent may be contacted to pick up their child or they may receive a behavior notice that explains the behavior that took place. 

REGISTRATION:

***Registration is limited to the first 60 registrants. We will hold your place when your completed registration form and registration fee of $25.00 per household is received. Please complete the registration process by clicking on the button below. If you are registering multiple children, please choose the $25 one-time household fee option for one child and the other option for multiple children for the next child or remaining children. 
 
 

HOLIDAYS:

A holiday schedule is given to parents at the beginning of every school year that lists the days the after school program @ Lebanon Baptist Church will be closed.

DISCOUNTS:

Discounts are given to parents with more than one child in attendance. Please ask for these rates if applicable.

LUNCHES AND SNACKS:

A snack and drink are provided daily for each child. An afternoon snack is provided on afterschool days. Morning and afternoon snacks are provided on full days. Lunches are not provided and must be brought on a daily basis. You are welcome to pack microwave items on days we do not leave campus. No microwave items should be brought on any field trip days.
